The composite mattress with removable differentiated drains is made up of:
a load-bearing structure in expanded polyurethane with a density of 40 kg/m3 with lateral containment sides made together with the body (not glued) with a thickness of 8 cm.
a support surface in expanded viscoelastic foam divided into three parts: a) head area, smooth surface, with a density of 21 kg/m3 b) trunk-pelvis area, shaped like a truncated pyramid, with a density of 50 kg/m3, resilience level 5 c) foot area shaped like a truncated pyramid, with a density of 50 kg/m3, resilience level 2.
Other characteristics of polyurethanes:
they were originally produced without the use of CFCs (chlorofluorocarbons);
Latex free;
fire reaction class 1 IM according to the UNI 9175 standard.
