CONDITIONS ON SALES

Article 1. General information
These general conditions of sale of Sellezo srl with VAT number IT07307220488 and registered office in Via Ricasoli 9 - 50122 - Florence and operational headquarters in Via Emilio Boni 17/d - 59100 - Prato apply to all orders, sales and deliveries of the products that the company markets through its website www.sellezo.com. The general conditions apply to both private individuals and companies or bodies/associations.
All orders imply full and unreserved acceptance of these general conditions of sale. The customer's general purchasing conditions are irrelevant for the interpretation and application of this contract.

Article 2. Quotes and orders
Only estimates presented in writing and during the period indicated in the estimate itself are considered valid according to law. If the duration of the estimate is not mentioned, the validity is understood to be set at 30 days from the moment of issue. After this deadline, the estimate is considered invalid, unless accepted by Sellezo srl.
Orders can be placed and are validly received by Sellezo srl at the addresses specifically indicated by the same, via the Internet, by telephone, by post, by fax, through headed paper or with the customer's stamp, or by e-mail. The contract must be considered concluded only following formal acceptance of the order by Sellezo srl. Sellezo srl reserves the right to confirm the order through any useful means with specific communication to the customer's address. The customer must check the order confirmation and immediately communicate any errors, omissions or discrepancies with the order itself. In case
otherwise the object of the sales contract will be determined on the basis of the order confirmation sent by Sellezo srl. Orders placed by the client himself, or by an attorney or other authorized person acting in his name or on his behalf will produce their legal effects on the client.
Sellezo srl reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a refund in the event of lack of goods and/or availability of the same within a maximum of 7 days or in the event of non-payment.

Article 3. Object
The contract contains the terms and conditions that govern: the sale of products as well as the provision of services purchased by the customer through the site and the navigation of the site by the customer as well as the use of all the features made available to the customer through the site.
Any purchase of products or services made by (A) a customer, acting as a consumer customer, will be governed not only by the contract, but also by the provisions of the consumer code and Legislative Decree no. 70/2003, as applicable; and (B) a client, acting as a professional client, will be governed exclusively by this contract, as well as by the provisions of the civil code, to the extent not provided herein.

Article 4. Registration on the site and acceptance of the contract conditions
1. The customer who intends to act as a registered customer must complete the registration procedure on the site by providing the information and personal data requested and indicate an e-mail address to log in and a "password", as requested in the appropriate section of the site. Sellezo will provide. by sending an email confirming registration to the email address provided by the registered customer during the registration procedure.
2. The registered customer is required to carefully read these General Conditions as well as, in general, the terms and conditions of the contract which can be viewed and printed during the registration process also by accessing pop-ups or hypertext links; the customer is required to accept these terms and conditions by clicking in the appropriate box marked "I accept the terms and conditions of use".
3. The customer expressly authorizes Sellezo srl to send this contract, including the relevant General Conditions, any special conditions, as well as all communications relating to the execution to his/her e-mail address, also via specific links to the relevant pages of the site. of this contract. The customer acknowledges that this contract, including the relevant General Conditions, any special conditions and all related amendments in force from time to time, can be printed on paper or downloaded by the customer.

Article 5. Product characteristics
Prices:
Product prices published on our site comply with global laws and regulations.
- Customers who are part of the European Union: the prices of our products include VAT but not shipping costs which will be indicated in the cart before completing the order.
- Customers who are not part of the European Union: prices DO NOT include VAT and shipping costs and it is possible that there will be some import taxes (Customs Duties) when the order arrives at destination and in any case they will be paid upon arrival of the goods by the recipient.
Customs duties are paid directly to the transport company that acts as an intermediary. Customs tariffs and related regulations vary between countries and it is difficult to know exactly how they work.
All prices displayed on our site do not include any costs for services that may be requested by the customer.
Purchases of products, as illustrated and described on our site in the relevant technical data sheets, as well as services, are made by the customer at the price in force at the time of sending the purchase order, the latter price being, in any case, displayed on the site as well as within the purchase order.
Any price that has been agreed upon following Sellezo srl's acceptance of a purchase order issued by a customer will remain. firm and therefore unchangeable between the parties. In the event that an incorrect and/or obviously negligible price appears and whatever the reason (IT or technical error...) the order will be canceled even in the event of initial confirmation and the customer will be informed if he wishes to place a new order with the right price.

Product availability:
The availability of each product is updated on the site every day.
Once the order has been received, our warehouse processes it and will receive the information relating to your order via email or within your user area.
Products that cannot be purchased:
If you cannot find the “Add to Cart” button for the selected product, we may not be able to deliver the item to your country. According to the specific wishes of the companies we work with, we are not authorized to sell some products (and/or brands) outside the European Union. This means that the items are visible (with their converted prices), but you have no possibility to purchase them.
We can only ship products to your country with the "Add to cart" button visible.

Article 6. Conditions and forms of payment
The safety of your purchases is one of our top priorities. All our pages are protected by SSL certificates, as you can see by browsing any page of our website your connection is secure and in "https": this means, for example, that your registration data is encrypted and therefore safe and reserved.
Our SSL certificate (Secure Sockets Layer, i.e. a protocol that allows you to transmit information securely) protects our domain and ALL our pages as well. to feel safe throughout your browsing on our shop.

Terms of payment:
Credit card
We accept all credit cards belonging to the VISA, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO, AMERICAN EXPRESS circuits through the bank payment gateway which guarantees the security of your payments.
The withdrawal of the amount occurs when the transaction is concluded and at the same time an automatic notification email is sent to the customer's email address. In case of cancellation of the order, the amount will be refunded to the customer's bank account.
PayPal
You will be directed to the secure PayPal page. You can then complete the payment directly from your PayPal account. The amount relating to the order is debited from the PayPal account at the time the order is acquired. In case of cancellation of the order, the amount will be refunded to the customer's PayPal account.
Bank transfer
Your order will be activated and processed only after the payment has been credited to your current account. Once the payment has been made, it is necessary to send us a copy of the payment receipt via email to the email address helpdesk@sellezo.com.

Interest-free installment financing
With this option you can pay by credit card. Once your order is complete you will be asked to create an account, this will take a couple of minutes. Once the payment has been made, it will be divided into 3 interest-free installments: the first installment will be charged at the end of the order, the second installment will expire after 4 weeks, and the third installment will expire after 8 weeks.

Article 7. Times and forms of delivery of the goods
Sellezo srl delivers products all over the world.
The purchased products will be delivered by Sellezo srl:
- To the address indicated by the customer in the purchase order;
- At the warehouse of the carrier selected by the customer in the purchase order.
Invoice/Tax receipt:
Each shipment will be accompanied by a receipt in accordance with the law where specified requested, an invoice will be issued.
The invoice relating to purchases of products (and related services) delivered to your home will be included inside the package and/or can be requested by the registered customer only if it is explicitly requested after completing all the data. No changes to the invoice/receipt will be possible after it has been issued.
For orders involving multiple products, separate invoices and receipts may be issued based on the shipments actually made.
Delivery times and storage:
The status of the shipment can be viewed via the information sent in the customer's email or within their user area.
In special circumstances, which may be:
- Natural disasters (e.g. snow, floods);
- High season (e.g. summer or Christmas period);
- Holidays (e.g. Christmas, Easter);
- Special events (e.g. Black Friday, Prime Day);
- Political events and contingencies;
deliveries may be delayed due to overloading of couriers and for reasons beyond the control of Sellezo srl.
The customer is required to verify, upon receipt of the ordered products: (a) whether the number of packages delivered corresponds to that indicated on the transport document, (b) whether the packaging is intact, and (c) whether the product delivered to him complies with the purchase order placed.
The customer must sign the delivery note indicating "subject to control of the integrity of the products"; if there. does not happen, the customer will not be able to contest, subsequently, the external non-conformity of the product and its quantity compared to what was ordered.
Home delivery:
The customer can choose the following additional paid services as indicated in the cart:
- delivery by telephone appointment;
- delivery to the floor.
Invoice:
The invoice relating to purchases of products (and related services) delivered to your home will be inserted inside the package and/or can be downloaded by the registered customer directly online in the customer's file.
The registered customer will be able to download the invoice by entering the order number and their email in the appropriate section called 'order status'.
For orders involving multiple products, separate invoices may be issued based on the shipments actually made.
Shipping fees:
An amount for shipping costs must be added to the price of the product purchased by the customer for which home delivery or collection at a warehouse of the carrier is requested. This amount is calculated automatically by the Sellezo srl system, taking into account, among others, the weight and dimensions of the products, but without distinctions linked to the place of delivery in the Italian territory and in some cases and/or periods it may not be present or linked to spending thresholds. This amount, if any, will be indicated in the Purchase Order before it is sent by the Customer.
In Italy, ordinary shipping is free from €99 and has a fixed cost of €9 for orders under €99. In the case of shipments outside the European Community, customs and/or accessory charges if required will be borne by the buyer.

Article 8. Product warranty
All products purchased on our website www.sellezo.com unless otherwise indicated by the manufacturer (which extends the coverage), have a 24-month warranty period.
To assert the guarantee it is necessary to keep the accompanying invoice or the sales document that are delivered together with the package, and contact our assistance service via email at helpdesk@sellezo.com
The warranty is recognized as long as the product itself is used correctly, in compliance with its intended use and as provided in the attached technical documentation.
This guarantee (where different indications are not indicated) is reserved for private customers who purchase the goods for purposes not related to their professional activity. In the event of a lack of conformity, Sellezo srl will restore the conformity of the product through repair/replacement at no cost to the customer.
If, following intervention by an Authorized Assistance Centre, the defect does not result in a lack of conformity pursuant to Legislative Decree 24/02, the customer will be charged for any costs of verification and restoration requested by the Authorized Assistance, as well as the transport costs if supported by Sellezo srl.

Article 9. Right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is regulated pursuant to articles 45 to 67 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (consumer protection in contracts concluded at a distance).
The right of withdrawal can be exercised by the customer-consumer (i.e. a natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not attributable to his professional activity, or does not make the purchase by indicating a VAT number reference in the order form) within and no later than 14 working days from receipt of the ordered goods and without prejudice to what is indicated below.
The right of withdrawal is however subject to the following mandatory conditions:

- the request to exercise the right of withdrawal must be received within the established deadlines by fax, telegram or e-mail. Any type of communication (including a complaint) must be followed up, under penalty of forfeiture, within 48 hours by a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt; a small comment on what happened is welcome, even if not necessary and obligatory;

- the right applies to the product purchased in its entirety; it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the purchased product (e.g. accessories, attached software, etc...);

- the right does not apply to audiovisual products or sealed computer software (including those attached to hardware material), once opened;

- the purchased good must be intact and returned in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, cables, etc...); to limit damage to the original packaging, we recommend, when possible, placing it in a second box;

All return costs of the products are expressly borne by the consumer, who, through his own courier, will forward them to the logistics structure of Sellezo srl via Emilio Boni 17D, 59100 Prato, subject to the essential return authorization which will be assigned from Sellezo srl via e-mail together with the application opening number:

- the shipment, until receipt is certified in our warehouse, is under the complete responsibility of the customer;

- in the event of damage to the goods during transport, Sellezo Srl will notify the customer of the incident (within 5 working days of receipt of the goods in its warehouses), to allow him to promptly file a complaint against the courier he has chosen and obtain reimbursement of the value of the property (if insured); in this case, the product will be made available to the customer for its return, simultaneously canceling the withdrawal request;

- Sellezo Srl is not liable in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments;

Without prejudice to any restoration costs for ascertained damage to the original packaging, Sellezo Srl will reimburse the customer the amount already paid relating to the value of the goods (accessory costs such as transport, customs duties, delivery services to the plan, delivery by appointment and other types of delivery or laboratory services which remain the responsibility of the customer), within 14 days of the return of the goods, in the same payment method chosen for the purchase, upon communication of the bank details by of the customer.

The right of withdrawal is totally lost, due to the lack of the essential condition of integrity of the goods (packaging and/or its contents), in cases where Sellezo Srl ascertains:
- the lack of the external packaging and/or the original internal packaging;
- the absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, cables, manuals, parts, ...) or anomalies in the product itself;
- damage to the product for reasons other than its transport.
In the event of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, Sellezo Srl will return the purchased goods to the sender, charging the shipping costs to the sender.

The right of withdrawal is excluded in the following cases:
- The customer who purchases for purposes related to his work activity (for example: instrumental use, resale, etc.) and who therefore communicates his VAT number to the supplier;
- Purchase of packaged products whose original packaging has been tampered with or damaged by the customer;
- Purchase of products whose price is linked to fluctuations in financial market rates that the supplier is unable to control;
- Purchase of goods made to measure or personalized or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or risk deteriorating or expiring rapidly;
- Foodstuffs;
- Products bearing a security seal opened by the customer;
- Products used by the customer himself no longer. salable as new;
- Products damaged by the customer;
- Gift cards;
- Goods shipped and not yet collected under penalty of paying the shipping cost alone multiplied by two (round trip).

Article 10. Responsibility
With the order, the buyer assumes responsibility for compliance with the legal and safety regulations relating to the use of the purchased products.
Sellezo srl is therefore excluded from any liability for any direct or indirect damage caused to people or things by the improper use of the products supplied. In no case can Sellezo srl be held responsible, even indirectly, for the failure or insufficient functioning of the products and/or consequent damages.

Article 12. Changes to the site
Sellezo srl reserves the right to make, at any time, at its sole discretion, all changes, additions and/or updates that it deems necessary and/or simply appropriate to the site, contents, programs and/or other materials contained therein and/or available through the site itself (including these General Conditions).
For clarity, any modification and/or update made as above will not have effect on contracts already signed with customers before making such modification or update.
In the event that a provision of this contract is declared null and void, invalid or ineffective, in whole or in part, by any competent court, supervisory authority or administrative authority, the remaining provisions of this contract will not be affected.

Article 14. European dispute resolution procedures

Article 15. Jurisdiction and competent court
The Contract is governed by Italian law.
For any dispute relating to the validity, effectiveness, interpretation or execution of each contract as well as, in general, relating to navigation on the site by the customer or to the use of any functionality made available to the customer through the site, the competent authority will be exclusive jurisdiction is the Court of Forlì, except for the mandatory court of the place of residence or elective domicile of the customer acting as a consumer customer, pursuant to the Consumer Code.

Purchasing a Gift Card
Once your order has been approved, Gift Cards will be sent to the email address you provided when placing your order.

Using a Gift Card
You can use your Gift Card online at www.sellezo.com
All online purchases made via Gift Card imply acceptance of the conditions of sale provided for online purchases while for in-store purchases the conditions of sale provided for physical purchases apply. The user acknowledges having carefully read these conditions of sale and undertakes to fully comply with them. After use, any remaining credit on the Gift Card will remain available for subsequent purchases and will not be refundable or convertible into cash.

Expiration
Your Gift Card is valid for one calendar year.

Different payment methods
The total order value that includes products purchased online or in-store with a Gift Card includes the price of the products, value added tax, if applicable, and delivery costs, if applicable. If your order total is greater than the available balance on your Gift Card, the remaining amount must be paid via another accepted payment method or via another Gift Card.

Refunds for purchases made with Gift Card
In case of return of a product originally purchased with a Gift Card, the refund will be credited to the original Gift Card or to a new Gift Card if the original one cannot be found.
In case of return of a product originally purchased with pi. Gift Card, the total value of the product will be refunded on the Gift Card purchased later. lately. Stolen, lost or damaged Gift Cards

Revoke Gift Card
Sellezo reserves the right to refuse, cancel or suspend Gift Cards and orders if it deems it necessary, for example in the event of suspected fraud, Gift Cards mistakenly issued with an incorrect name or other violations of the Gift Card policy.
