INDICATIONS
Its use is indicated in all situations where soft tissue compression with local pad(s) on the ankle is necessary and where at least one direction of movement is limited with additional functional elements, e.g. .:
• sprains with capsular hyperextension
• chronic ligament instability with recurrent supination trauma (torsion injuries)
• in the second phase of treatment of external ligament ruptures
• conservative treatment of syndesmotic ligament injuries, in cases where no surgical intervention is necessary.
