DOMUS 3 is recommended for the prevention and treatment of bedsores up to stage III, in long-term therapies and home therapies. It consists of a 13 cm high mattress with 17 interchangeable elements in waterproof and breathable Nylon/TPU and a compressor with pressure regulation. At the base there is a pocket for inserting a containment mat, max height 7.5cm (not included). The combination of the two mattresses allows you to reach a height such as to use the DOMUS 3 without using an additional mattress. The first three elements of the mattress are static functioning for the head; the remaining part of the mattress is divided into 2 sections with 2-way alternating operation, the 9 central elements are micro-perforated ensuring forced ventilation (LOW AIR LOSS).
The mattress is supplied with a breathable and waterproof Nylon/PU cover fixed by means of a zip.
The mattress can be attached to the bed using the supplied straps and is equipped with eyelets
grommet.
The CPR (Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation) valve allows rapid deflation of the mattress for urgent resuscitation operations.
The compressor, very silent, compact and light, is easy to use, does not require lubrication and requires very little maintenance, is equipped with a visual and audible alarm for low pressure and an interchangeable air filter.
The DOMUS 3 includes the STATIC function which blocks the alternating system and effectively makes it a normal mattress. The mattress is connected to the compressor via fast connectors equipped with a closure, which can be used in case of patient transport. Two hooks allow you to hang the compressor at the end of the bed.
