Cabinet built in multilayer plywood covered in plastic laminate, both water resistant and glued together with a special non water-soluble glue. The thickness of 3 centimeters makes the structure practically indestructible. Color: blue with wood grain effect.
Metal legs with silver epoxy powder coating, resistant to rain. The considerable dimensions (9 x 9 cm) guarantee the necessary stability on the ground.
The new version of the blue G-500 Weatherproof has adjustable feet as standard, to always have a perfectly level playing field on any terrain.
Rods diameter mm. 16 in drawn steel with high torsion resistance with rustproof chrome plating. The quality of the material used, together with the thickness of 2 millimeters, prevents the rods from bending, maintaining a perfect shape for a long time. It is possible to choose between outgoing rods and retracting rods (telescopic).
The special triple-layer chrome plating to which both the outgoing rods and the telescopic safety rods are subjected contrasts the formation of rust even after years in which the football table is subjected to bad weather.
Outgoing rods: the rods supplied as standard come out of the cabinet - on the side opposite the knob - according to the standard used in Italy and in international competitions.
Safety device for the rods (telescopic rods): on request it is possible to supply the football table with telescopic safety rods to replace the outgoing ones. Made of the same material and with the same technical characteristics as the outgoing ones, they differ in operation, which ensures the highest level of safety.
In fact, in the telescopic rods, a rod with a smaller diameter slides inside the rod with the cairns, the end of which re-enters the cabinet without coming out, thus avoiding the danger of blows to the face and eyes of children. The choice is strongly recommended if the users of the table football are children and in any case in all cases in which the table football is used in environments frequented by children.
The rods are fixed to the cabinet by means of nylon bushings.
The steel ball bearings inside the bushings significantly improve the smoothness of the rods: it increases the speed, and therefore the pleasure, of the game, while decreasing the strain on the players' wrists.
Single-colored men in plastic material (moplen) representing a stylized human figure, fixed to the rods with direct molding: they do not move, they do not move, they maintain their position perfectly. Color: white and blue.
Playing field in plastic laminate glued on the base with special non water-soluble glues. The white lines that reproduce the ground of the stadium are screen-printed with special water-resistant inks: they do not fade in the sun and are not afraid of humidity. Color: light gray with dark blue screen printing.
Introduction of balls into the field through two unions on the sides of the table football.
