National Geographic Waterproof Binoculars 8×42 is a multi-equipped, versatile and handy product.
The optical design with roof prisms, by aligning the objective lenses with the output lenses, allows to decrease the width of the binoculars and increase their handling.
The optics are made of Bak-4 Crown-barium glass, a high-quality, highly refractive material that reduces light scattering, resulting in brighter, sharper image reproduction.
All external and internal optical surfaces are treated with multi layers of anti-reflection material for increased brightness, color fidelity and high image contrast. The supplied eyecups ensure easy positioning of the binoculars at the correct eye level. The large eye relief allows you to enjoy a clear and full field of vision, even for users who wear glasses.
The result is optimal visual comfort.
Supplied with the appropriate protective caps for the eyepieces with a very simple opening and closing system. The caps can be completely removed. Tripod adapter included for more comfortable use. Practical bag with tear-off opening and very useful shaped shoulder strap supplied which facilitates transport and observation.
