The JK Fitness JK 6050 adjustable bench is a very versatile and practical product, ideal for home workouts.
Included are padded cushions for greater comfort, a backrest adjustable up to 80° and a seat adjustable in 3 different positions. The JK Fitness bench also has a practical Leg Extension loadable up to 50Kg to broaden the range of feasible exercises.
Among the various exercises that can be performed with the JK 6050 bench we have Leg Extension, Leg Curl and Abdominals.
